No news yet about an official release date for Thailand. However, it can be almost guaranteed that shops at MBK will have them in stock by Monday 19th March. Of course, you will have to pay a premium for this. The iPad 2 was released in the US on 11th March 2011. It then came to Thailand officially on 6th May 2011.
